What do I need to bear in mind?

To vote, you must have an original personal identification document (DNI, passport or driving licence), which is valid even if it has expired.

Urgent procedures

On voting day, the Monumental Citizen Help and Information Office (C/ Sicília, 216-218) will be open from 9 am to 7 pm to handle urgent procedures, provide general information on the elections, such as voting hours, resolve queries about where to vote and issue certificates confirming people listed on the register of residents when the electoral roll was compiled but who for some reason have not been included on it. In this case, the individual affected must go to the INE, which has the power to issue the certificate enabling them to vote.
